At RBS Finsure we are always working hard to improve the service we offer you and your customers. Recent feedback you have given us indicates that you prefer dealing with a small number of people who know you and your business.

We have therefore reorganised our customer service centre into 3 dedicated regional broker teams and 2 customer service teams.

Please note: to register for Gateway, you will need to enter your own details and those of an authoriser, who must be a different person from the user and should be a manager within your company. If you have any queries with regards to this, please call us on 0845 607 5279 and one of our advisers can talk you through the process.

We understand the value of full integration with leading insurance software houses: with no double keying, time is saved as customer and agreement details are automatically transferred to us.

We already have solutions in place with the software houses below, and we are currently developing relationships with other major insurance software providers.
