At RBS Finsure we are always working hard to improve the service we offer you and your customers. Recent feedback you have given us indicates that you prefer dealing with a small number of people who know you and your business.
We have therefore reorganised our customer service centre into 3 dedicated regional broker teams and 2 customer service teams. The new team structure will come into effect on 10 March for personal enquiries.
