- Advise us of a change of address
- Change your direct debit date (please note we require 7 days to change a monthly payment date. If you inform us less than 7 days before your next payment is due, the change will take effect the following month)
- Get advice on defaults: if you are having payment difficulties please inform us as soon as possible
To change your bank account details, or to pay off your loan early please contact us by phone only, as we advise against giving out confidential information by email. We can discuss bank account details with the account holder only due to the requirements of the Data Protection Act (1998).
