Finsure sponsors Insurance Times Award for Top 25 Next Generation Brokers April 25th 2006
London, 25 th April 2006. Finsure is delighted to announce that it will be sponsoring a new Insurance Times Award for the Top 25 Next Generation Brokers.
Insurance Times is organising this event - the Top 25 - Next Generation Brokers – to identify the future leaders of the insurance broking sector and the people who will help to shape and improve the future of this rapidly changing market.
The Top 25 - Next Generation BrokersAward will be based on submissions by the employees’ organisations, subject to specific criteria, as set out below.
To be considered for inclusion, candidates must be under the age of 40 (on 18 th May 2006) and be currently working in a general insurance broker or intermediary.
Consideration will be given to the following criteria:
- Professional Qualifications : in particular, exceptional dedication to gaining qualifications and working out of hours.
- Participation in professional bodies
- Responsibilities and management skills: how many staff they manage, whether they have taken media training to represent the company, actively looked for secondment opportunities.
- Innovations and developments: have they introduced and implemented new ideas?
- Shown exceptional qualities: looking for something a little quirky that makes them standout from the crowd.
- Overall contribution: have they introduced and implemented new ideas to the benefit of their organisations or broking as a whole.
